At Harmonious Living Chiropractic: Fitness & Wellness Center, we provides telehealth services as a convenient way for patients to experience healthcare services to improve patient communications with our doctors, and to get support when they need it.
To receive Telehealth Services, you must meet all 3 requirements below:
1) You must be a current/existing patient.
2) You must be physically located in the State of Maryland (live in Maryland) to receive telehealth services from our doctors.
3) You must be at least 18 years of age.
Please Note: Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the Telehealth Service appointment.
Be sure to read our Telehealth Service Policy for additional information. Prior to receiving Telehealth Services, the patient must read and sign the Telehealth Informed Consent Form, and return it to our office.
