"The Pain Doctor"

Improving Patient Outcomes

To get the most out of your visit, you must be prepared to receive healthcare services. This includes showing up for your scheduled appointment and being ready to receive care. Our chiropractor(s) only see patients on an appointment basis to ensure that each patient receives adequate time to address their needs.

Your 1st Appointment

All patients must complete registration and other applicable forms prior to receiving treatment. This is standard practice in healthcare. Take a moment to review Our Policies prior to your first visit with us.

Bring on Your 1st Appointment:

*Government-issued photo ID
*Insurance Card/Information (if you are using insurance)
*List of current medications (if you are taking medication, including over-the-counter)
*Recent images such as a x-rays, MRIs, etc. (if available)
*Pre-authorization/referrals (if required by your insurance prior to receiving care)
*Any questions you may have for the doctor

Follow-Up Appointments

During your follow-up visits, we ask that patients come dressed to receive care. If we cannot access the area of complaint, we cannot treat it. You may be asked to wear a patient gown; or to bring a change of clothing with you.

Home Visit | House Call Appointments

If you have a home visit, we ask that you create a clear space that allows the doctor and clinical team to setup equipment. Review the Home Visit Policy prior to each home visit for instructions and details.

Telehealth Appointments

As required by law, the patient must be physically located in the State they receive services. Patients who receive teleheatlh services from our doctors, must be physically located in the State of Maryland at the time of the telehealth appointment.  Review the Telehealth Service Policy prior to each Telehealth visit for instructions and details.
