Antonio Pierre, Jr joined our team in April 2022. He is originally from Brooklyn, NY, and has always been into fitness and exercise. Growing up, he was always active and in college he was a multisport athlete, participating on the Track & Field and Men’s Basketball teams. He started his weight training journey in 1998 with a desire to become stronger and gain more muscle mass. In 2000, he joined New York Sports Club as a Personal Trainer, helping many clients lose weight and become physically fit until he relocated to Maryland in 2003. He continued to exercise on his own but discontinued personal training to pursue other personal and career goals.
He reemerged into the fitness scene, from 2015 – 2019 he trained and competed in various Men’s Physique Competitions on the East Coast, placing a top position in his class. By preparing and competing, he learned how to train more efficiently, eat better, to prepare both, his mind and body, to get prominent results. After competing professionally, he returned to training others in 2020 with the intent to share his knowledge, experience, and expertise with others to help them improve their own personal physical fitness and health. When he is not working, Antonio enjoys spending time with his family and friends; personal (alone) time; traveling; watching sports; and experiencing new things.
