Foot Scrub & Massage to provide maximal hydration and exfoliation to your feet. After the therapist apply the scrub to your feet, they will wrap them in warm, soft towels to allow the soft tissues of the feet to relax and to open-up your pores. Once the scrub is removed, your therapist will give you a well deserving foot massage – relieving any muscle tension, improving blood flow and promoting relaxation of the feet.
Whole Body Stretch consist of passively stretching and relaxing soft tissues – muscles and fascia. The goal is to improve joint flexibility; body movement; and relieve symptoms.
