All personal training session is held at Harmonious Living Chiropractic: Fitness & Wellness Center located at 9418 Annapolis Road, Suite 100, Lanham, Maryland 20706, in our private weight room and/or exercise room. Our trainers will use different exercise equipment such as resistance bands, dumbbells, and/or barbells to move train your body the right way. They will teach you how to use your own body.

Choose How You Want To Train

Individual, 1-on-1, Personal Training Session

  • This is great for anyone who is a beginner to weight training or someone who has not been physically active in a long time (more than 3 months). Your sessions are you-focused and you-centered.  Learn how to move your body safely, through guided instruction. Get the motivation and coaching you need to take your fitness to the next level. Workout in a safe, friendly environment, plus you don’t have to worry about strangers or other people watching you workout.

Partner Personal Training Session (2 people max, per session)

  • Exercising is good; however, it’s better with a partner. Not only does your personal trainer act as an accountability partner, but your workout buddy does as well. The benefits of exercising with a partner include, but are not limited to, support, healthy competition, and improvement of relationships. Research shows that when people have a workout partner, they are more likely to push themselves beyond by developing a non-quitter (or winners) mentality. Plus its fun to have a workout buddy!

Group Personal Training Session (4 people max, per session)

  • If you think working out with a partner is better, then small group training is phenomenal! This is something the whole family can enjoy. It’s also a great way to meet new people. In addition, instead of meeting up for brunch, why not meet up for a workout session. Sounds good, huh?
