Health Coaching allows clients to take a closer look at their beliefs, values, mindset, behaviors, and patterns to come up with a plan, with the assistance of their coach, to create a healthier life.
Our Doctor-Led Health Coaching sessions are designed to help you make the changes you want and deserve.
All health coaching sessions are conducted virtually, online using Zoom; and will be held completely confidential. Our doctor(s), who conduct coaching sessions are not providing the services, that may include, the diagnoses and/or treatment of condition(s) or illness(s) in their area(s) of expertise. PLEASE NOTE: The health coaching sessions are not for that. If you desire to be treated for a current health condition(s) or illness(es) we highly suggest that you make an appointment with the appropriate doctor(s).

Individual, 1-on-1, Health Coaching Session
- This is great for anyone who has never received health coaching and/or who wants a more intimate interaction with their Health Coach.
Group Personal Training Session (4 people max, per session)
- If you enjoy sharing your thoughts, ideas, and receiving feedback from a small group, then a group health coaching sessions is for you. It’s also a great way to meet like-minded people. This is also great for families, close friends, or corporate leadership teams.
