Our personal trainer(s) have the skills, knowledge, and experience to help you reach your fitness goals. We welcome people of all fitness levels to experience the benefits of personal training at Harmonious Living Chiropractic: Fitness & Wellness Center, LLC.  with one of our trainers.

Individual (One-on-One) Session

This is great for someone who requires 1-on-1 attention. It is also a great place to start if you are new to weight training, or if you have not exercised in over 3 months. Benefits of Individual Personal Training include:

  • Learn how proper lifting techniques to reduce injury
  • Get motivated to continue to exercise
  • Become inspired to achieve your fitness goals
  • Eliminated/reduce distractions from others

Partner Session (no more than 2 people)

If you enjoy exercising with someone else, such as your partner, spouse, friend, family member, etc. then Partner Personal Training is the way to go! There are numerous benefits to having a workout buddy which include:

  • Friendly competition
  • Motivation from someone else besides the Personal Trainer
  • Accountability to keep you on track with your fitness goals
  • Support when things become challenging
