Your Financial Obligation
Sometimes, the chiropractor will want to do something that is not covered by your insurance (e.g. non-covered services). Because it is not covered by your insurance, you will be asked to pay for the service. In most cases, payments for services are due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made.
Our ability to remain open and provide affordable healthcare services to the community greatly depends on our ability to collect all necessary fees we are required to charge. Harmonious Living Chiropractic: Fitness & Wellness Center is not a free-clinic and we must collect from all patients in order to continue to provide services to the community. We bill patients/clients according to the services rendered to the patient/client. The patient/client is always responsible for payment of services rendered to them, regardless if covered by insurance or not. Unwillingness to pay for services is a cause to deny services in the future. We will be happy to assist any patient/client with an outstanding balance with affordable payment options, if necessary.
Paying Your Bill
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, money order, and major credit cards. If you use your insurance, we will file your claim at the time of your visit.

We understand that healthcare can be costly, despite having health insurance, some insurance plans do not cover chiropractic care. Therefore, we offer many payment options so that everyone, including the uninsured patient, can receive chiropractic and rehabilitative care they need to improve their functional health.
