Do you want to lose weight, get in shape, and look great? Join us for Dr. Butler’s Fitness Class. This class is fun, exciting, and sure to make you sweat.
In this class we will perform a series of exercises using our bodies and/or light-medium resistance, through interval training, in particular, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is a form of cardiovascular workout that allows you to move at your own pace with a little push. This type of training not only help strengthen your muscles but your heart and lungs as well; in addition, it help to boost your metabolism, shed a few pounds, and boot your self-confidence. Whether you are a novice to working out or a veteran, this is a class you will enjoy. All levels of physical fitness are welcome. Participants must be at least 12 years of age to attend. (If participant is a minor, the parent/ legal guardian must be present the entire time).
Days: Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (1 Hour); and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (1 Hour); Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (1 Hour); and 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. (1 Hour)
