About Our Fitness Club

In April 2020, Dr. Butler started Dr. Butler’s Fitness Class, which was a free online fitness class. Over the course of 9 months, Dr. Butler dedicated her time to helping people stay active, by providing fitness instructions. She had to discontinue classes to focus on her practice, but she never forgot the people who attended these classes. With a desire to continue to help people stay active, she wanted to implement something new and different. Dr. Butler believes that exercise and fitness doesn’t have to always be done in a gym, you can have fun just by exploring nature.

Our Fitness Club is for anyone who want to get in shape and meet other cool people. We will partake in a variety of fitness activities that we be great for anyone, regardless of their current fitness level. Become a part of a community of people who love to stay active just for the heck of it! Below includes a list of activities:

Fitness Club Fee

There maybe a fee associated with each activity and/or event, depending on the activity; and will be posted on our website

Registration: Pre-registration is required to attend any Fitness Club activity and/or event!

Fitness Club Schedule

Dr. Butler’s Fitness Class – Bootcamp Style Workout

This class will occur outdoors, whether permitting, on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. at Whitfield Chapel Road Park from May through September.
